Information we process
PluraThink processes account information such as email address and display name, basic profile information supplied through Google sign-in, consultation titles, questions, reflections, service usage, and technical information required for generation.
How we use information
We use information for authentication, saved consultation history, thought-model generation, usage-limit management, abuse prevention, service improvement, and necessary communications.
AI and service providers
Consultation content and discussion context are sent to the OpenAI API to generate responses. We use Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Google authentication infrastructure for Google sign-in.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or provide personally identifiable information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or to service providers necessary to operate PluraThink.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, encrypted communications, and server-side secret management.
Publishing consultation content
Consultations are private by default. Only content you choose to share through the sharing feature can be accessed by others. You remain responsible for deciding whether to share and for third-party viewing or redistribution after sharing.
Changes to this policy
We publish policy changes by updating this page and will provide clear in-service notice for material changes.
