When you pay

The first payment is taken when you subscribe, and each following payment automatically at the start of each billing period (every month for monthly, every year for yearly).

When the service starts

Immediately after payment is completed.

Term and renewal

Monthly plans run for one month and yearly plans for one year. Unless you cancel, the plan renews automatically for the same period.

How to cancel

Open Stripe's billing page from “Manage or cancel plan” on the pricing page and cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Returns and refunds

As a digital service, purchases cannot be returned once paid.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, including no pro-rated refund for cancelling mid-period. If you change plans mid-period, the difference is adjusted according to Stripe's calculation.
